No! We can do as little as a gallon of paint or about 35 aerosol cans or 200 touch up bottles or pens. Of course, it is a lot more economical to do larger quantities.

My aerosol can won’t spray even though it feels like there is quite a bit of paint left in it. Why?
It is probably because of one of two reasons. Either the can is very old and has lost all its propellant or more likely, the user may have forgotten to clear the nozzle last time when it was used. After using an aerosol spray can you must always clear the nozzle by turning the can upside down and spray until no paint comes out or for about 2 seconds. For an inverted(upside down) can do the same but hold the can right side up to clear the nozzle.
